Might I suggest that you give M&S a quick call & ask if they can apply the discount to your order? If they cannot do that, if funds allow, place your order again (if the items are still in stock) & return the full priced order for a refund once received. :wink:

I have spent gift cards on line, think you just have to apply the code before you checkout,think it is a bit like when you have an Amazon voucher/gift card

Yes, you can spend gift cards online.
I can't ask for the discount retrospectively or cancel and re-order, because I paid with my reward vouchers and they are non refundable.

Argh that is so annoying when that happens!

I believe if you get a Sparks card you get advance notice of discount events. The weird thing I find is that you can only pick up Sparks cards instore, and then you have to register them online. Weird system, I don't know why you can't just request one online, I only buy from M&S online, as with most of the shopping I do.
