So am I, went to reorder the pair I lived in for the last 2 winters, only to see in reviews that they aren't as good as they were. So i need to find a new pair of boots.

I think it may be item number 140 697 which is bringing up the Customer Services message. I can't go onto interactive to try to find the product details as OH is sat watching The Mummy Returns and has taken over the TV for the remainder of the evening. Perhaps somebody who has access to ways and means could see if they can find the details!

If you go to qvkukmobile.com you can see a photo of that item. It's a pair of loafers with a buckle type trim but they have a bit of a heel. They are available in black, grey, radish and cognac. £23.73 plus £4.45.

My favourites were the first pair they ever brought here, the Nappa leather ones. I bought them in black and have worn them out. I later bought them in camel and brown but would love another pair of black but they are permanently on waitlist.

I bought those too but the fit on everything else I've tried has been terrible. I think lots of others have had trouble with the fit too. Just hope they've solved the problem now as the quality is fab for the money.

I was hoping for a pair of boots too

I'm sure they will have another TSV soon with some boots for the winter

I have had terrible problems with sizing with Markon. I'm a half size and I've tried ordering both up and down but never seem to get it right and having at least 3 pairs that are useless but which I didn't return because of the weight and postage I vowed not to fall into the trap ever again. Boot sizes are more forgiving as I can order up and wear socks but I daren't risk shoes.

I had 3 pair of Collins which were gorgeous but i had to put inserts in. I like these Grey ones but they have a lovely other pair in Green with a croc button on and i may go for them.

I have every colour of one style of boots, and a couple in reserve for when they wear out. I take size 9! and if they are in at Warrington, I buy them for the future. These were the first boots I have been able to wear in 30 years!!!

But I have yet to get my feet comfortably into any others...and not the shoes the either. So I'll wait till they get to Warrington and try them on...paying the fuel bill is easier than trying to return them:43:

Have frequently found new boots on ebay, never had a problem with them. Begrudge paying full price to QVC

The TSV looks old fashioned and frumpy.
