Did anyone see her yesterday? Don't know her name - can't watch her for long. She kept saying 'these aren't for you if you don't like .....' - I don't think the producer will be too happy about some of her comments. Also, she mentioned about not getting your p&p back if you return goods. Perhaps she has been reading our comments on p&p, returns and DSR.
