That old one . . p&p.
Have just received the TSV. In a thin flimsy plastic envelope. p&p £4.95.
Also received LR Letitia necklace. Same weight as Bella. Sent in a padded envelope. p&p £3.95.
Clearly p&p is ‘suck it and see’. Have emailed QVC award winning customer service. Will let you know their response.

Just back from a long day at the hospital. Mum still raging against the dying light, and where there's rage there's hope.
The LR TSV in Rose Mix; it's nice, but colours not as vibrant as they looked under the TV lighting. It's more pastel shades. Having said that, I do like it, the colours will tone with a lot of my clothes, and I like the length.
Unfortunately, due trekking to the hospital in lousy weather conditions, I have been dressed like a tramp for days! Looking forward to a day when I can wear beads and smile again.
