In years gone, I have bought L'Ocitaine but it's appeal escapes me so I won't buy.
Mostly water as the main component I would guessLooking at the Almond contents there is not much Almond products in it. Gone is the 500ml Almond oil with a refill pouch.

I think now more than ever you’ve really got to know your prices. And know where you can get it from at the best price. And the prices QVC quote are often the highest you would ever pay.I can't believe the price of this TSV. Its making each product £15 which isn't a "value" deal in my opinion. You can always find Loccitane with 20/25% off on the highstreet and get exactly what you want. Also seen some great offers in outlets. Always bought the Christmas TSV but just does represent good value anymore. I think the £40/50 TSV days are now gone sadly.
Spot on. In those days I would buy sets (decent size & mix of products) around that price for my 5 nieces & nieces-in-law, as a value option instead of wine/chocs/candles etc.Not so long ago all tsvs that were "beauty" regularly had a price point of around £39 for years, now its another 20 quid on top plus pp. Jog on !
The issue is they have gone up and the value has gone down. Very disappointing. Not so long ago all tsvs that were "beauty" regularly had a price point of around £39 for years, now its another 20 quid on top plus pp. Jog on !
Same here,, always bought the l’Occitaine Christmas TSVs often in a couple of fragrances. Beautifully packed in strong good quality tasteful boxes. I still use a couple of boxes as they’re so sturdy and have magnetic catches, bit faded as they must be over 10 years old. Used to buy the tins of handcream too but they’re now in cardboard boxes. Alexis will probably say it’s more environmentally friendly but cardboard box in recycling bin, tin repurposed and kept for years. When I buy their brand I shop around and choose what I want at the price I’m prepared to pay rather than a lot of guff I don’t want.I can't believe the price of this TSV. The box with the TSV is very sturdy and will last a long time. I have many L'Occitane boxes that have not felt as sturdy and they have lasted many many years and still going strong, so have no doubt this one will last too!!Same here,, always bought the l’Occitaine Christmas TSVs often in a couple of fragrances. Me too! I was convincing myself to wait and get the handcream when it appears on Ebay but I will use all the products, and for some reason although I can be a bit slap dash with body lotions when they are in tubes or tubs for some reason I tend to use them more. A split set has already appeared on Ebay and the handcream is £25 - as i will use everything (eventually ) it was the cost effective option to get the setWell I’ve Nanny McFailed! I got the Cherry one because I love that fragrance and haven’t had it in so long. For once there isn’t a filler product for me either as I’m a big fan of their hand stuff. What a pity they changed from the usual lavender and verbena options, my money would have been safe then, . Oh well, Christmas present for me then I guess!
The split cherry blossom set I saw on Ebay has the empty box for £19 . I have several of their boxes too and they have lasted years and still look goodThe box with the TSV is very sturdy and will last a long time.
