Madly, this irritates my eyes. My tip of the century: use optrex eye lotion - around 5-7gbp for 100ish may be cheaper at the usual suspects. Always in Waitrose. Saved me a fortune. Doesn't remove makeup, but fab, if not better for upset gritty eyes, daily sleepies & maybe puffs. Imo LE Eb didn't do much for serial puffs anyhow. More a 'lifestyle product' Optrex is mostly witch hazel based so doubles as a toner especially for oily skin. I won't be without. Also use on Obie's eyes. He looks a right fairy with his chilled cotton pads on after he's been tearing through BRAMBLES. I wouldn't use LE on his adorable spaniel eyes, although the original body wash & shampoo are super on him.I’m on the look out for deals on Eyebright - something I’m actually running low on (unlike bath products, cleansers, face creams, which I’ve got too many of). Even on eBay they are pretty much full price and you run the risk on there that it’s old stock, as one I bought a couple of years ago was, even if apparently unused.
May report back on price as Mr is off to Waitrose today & £7 sounds a bit steep.Madly, this irritates my eyes. My mistake. Retails as Optrex eye wash. Positioned as a medicine cupboard item !)Interesting, but my Google doesn't return any meaningful results for optrex eye lotion. Also I found it bizarre that nor Boots neither Superdrug pharmacies sell it. I hope it's not discontinued.
