I can just imagine the brainstorming session that gave birth that little gem. There would be talk of "service differentials" and putting "clear blue water" between us and the competition.

"So Gideon, you're our marketing guru, i want to be excited. Service wraps.... talk to me?"
"Well Tobias, I'm seeing personal service, beauty to your door, order it and it arrives.... Almost like a Beauty Concierge, if you will"
"I'm liking your thought processes Gid, launch it. Fancy dinner later?"
"I'm on it Toby.... Uh yah, champagne bar? I can put it on the corporate if you authorise..."

Within hours Flint has slotted into her repertoire. It's the sort of crap that rolls off Young's tongue all too easily so don't be surprised to hear it again.
