LD AD winter drop

Does anyone know when this last drop is due? My order history has disapeared from my account.

I spoke to CS a week or so ago and they gave me 13 December as the date.

Apparently there is a problem with the winter AD. Mine is showing in process but so are loads of other folks. Some are being told it will be at least the 20th before they are even sent out.

Just phoned CS and was told it is due to be sent out tomorrow. Think I'll check my account tomorrow just to make sure.

Well QVC are saying that if it doesn't come within 30 days of the date(must be the date it should go out), they are cancelling. This was put up on their Facebook Page be someone who got a message, she pasted and copied it. Leighton has said the stock is on the way to QVC and should go out next week.

So take your pick.

Still showing awaiting stock on my account. This doesn't seem right when it's on sale on the website. Surely they should fulfill auto deliveries first.

This seems really bad that it is showing as instock, available to buy when our autodeliveries are still awaiting stock. Not happy now although I was happy to be patient before.
