Hi did anyone make an advanced order for this as Ive yet to receive mine or are advanced orders not guaranteed. I did an advance order for the sonic toothbrush last month and it was just cancelled off my account with no communication ---- any ideas anyone ?????

I thought advanced orders were guaranteed orders................and they normally give you a date at the time of presentation,it will be shipped.You would normally have an email too,I think?

I think its waitlist orders that are hit and miss.I ordered the LG TSV the one before last on waitlist and never received it.

I'm presuming with the sonic brush,it never came back into stock.............................but I've normally been sent a letter.

Maybe give CS a ring to see whats going on?

I have been caught out like that. Advanced orders are sort of guaranteed, but if there are stock problems/maufacturing prob/delivery probs then they just cancel and send you an email, or eventually a letter - but that will take time
