Good use of a degree from a prestigious university that encourages people to think independently. Flog it all - the hope of looking better backed up by Oxford University's sharpest science brains. Now that is lateral thinking and worthy of degree status.
 
Loads of things like these can be seen on Chinese sites, for a few quid. Certainly wouldn’t trust buying them. Does anyone know where the LAB products are made?
 
Do we just take their word for it that they do ACTUALLY have Oxford degrees ? I mean, there are 22 others Oxford cities in the world, and 30 odd places in America called Oxford. Just saying...............

(At secondary school in the early 60's I passed an exam and got the certificate for College of Preceptors ! - nobody knew what the hell that was, but hey, it was another certificate for the portfolio 🤭 🤭 )

For me, it's because the products don't work.

There is work about in print, editorial, pack shots. Companies also work months & months ahead.

Yes but depending on the face used certain versions of their products do appear to work. It’s best then to view that persons face during presentations of other products, then it becomes clear if it was the item creating the effect.

Anyone know of a business that actively promotes as a selling point, the university where the owners studied? Why does this have to be mentioned ad nauseam? What credence does it give the actual product?

In your opinion the products don't work - others find they do. Maybe it's down to expectations, there's no miracle product.
For classic models work is very limited in print, not sure what you mean by "pack shot"?. Editorial is a speciality of its own where a particular body shape is needed. With the general lifestyle modelling that most of the older classic models do, work is very limited at the moment with most companies wanting "real" couples or families due to Covid. The benefit of working at QVC/Ideal World is that it's regular work and if you don't live too far from them it makes sense to take up the opportunity of work.

my daughter went to st Hildas college so that's legit as far as Oxford is concerned and there is definitely a Worcester college if my memory serves me well
 
Berlin synchrotron doesn't appear to be a 'place' but rather a project - in other words nuclear physics. Surely if this pair are that highly qualified then I would have thought their expertise would have brought them financial rewards in their chosen field, rather than chance their arm with churning out duff products in an already overcrowded beauty industry.

Notice it says that Lauren 'studied', whereas Charlotte 'gained'. subtle difference.
