I bought the 'older' version of this when it was first on QVC. I'll be honest - I don't often use it because, on the few occasions that I have, the water's boiled over onto the cooker (despite the fact they said you can leave the lid on) and when I used it to cook spaghetti, a lot of it fell through the wire basket when I removed it from the pan to serve it up.

With a bit of luck, for those who want to order it this time, those 'issues' will have been addressed as it's a new model.

yes, the old versions is another one of my kitchen items I can live quite happily without.
