I really don't like the patch pockets, and an eye watering price for a nylon bag. I agree with the earlier post that it looks like a cool bag you would put your lunch in for work

I have three Kipling bags in a pile of things for our local homeless charity shop. I recently sold one and have kept one for when we go out for the day as it hold all my essentials and I have kept my Kipling shopper bag as I use it often or I used to until recently. Kipling lost me a couple of years ago as prices got ridiculous.

I thought the new Kipling bags were supposed to have the metal monkeys on, so obviously old stock, or especially “made for QVC” or both.

I just heard MF say that they are keeping the fluffy ones for QVC customers but I assume she means that they arent stopping a production line to say “6 metal ones for the DHS - 6 furry ones for QVC” rather as you say only on the ones specially for Q,in other words the rubbish quality cut to the bone ones.

Yes Lati, that’ll probably be right. Low cost high return = rubbish, always just for QVC customer xx

Not at all tempted such a bog standard bag.The last Kipling I bought was when I went on a day visit to Bruges in December, I think those Euro were burning a hole in my pocket.It is not one of the basic range though, nice fabric and metal trims.They left the security tag on which I did not discover until I returned home.Thankfully a local shop removed it for me when I showed them the receipt which had been torn into shreds and I retrieved from the bin.

It just isn’t appealing at all. I have a “ few” cough, cough, Kipling bags that I’ve bought over the years but this is boring.
