I've just ordered a refurbished one from the Karcher outlet for £38.99 incl postage. It only has a 6 month guarantee though! Just the 280mm head. I'll see how I get on with that and may order the smaller head it I really like the machine. Planning to spring clean the tiles in the bathroom using my earlex steamer and the karcher window vac when I have convalesced a bit more.

Don't over-do it ILS - spring cleaning can always be done in the autumn (and often is by me!)
