Yes! I no longer buy JW because although when it first came to QVC I really thought it worked and I loved the products (which were a decent price), the brand then turned into all those other average brands that all sell the same kinds of products for a high price.

I've got the previous Gatineau TSV for Christmas which I haven't used yet and I got a star buy from Boots of Only products which I quite like so I'm actually dropping away from a lot of QVC brands including Elemis - a brand on which I have spent far too much cash.

Given the price point it’s likely a very low percentage.

Most brands with retinol start at 0.25 as you need to start low with retinol, or you could wreck your skin barrier. The professional brands then have higher per cent ages as you work up. So I will say JW is far lower than the 0.25. Does her one come with the warning to wear sunscreen during the day? As all products with retinol should.

The new EU regulations on retinol restrict it to a maximum of 0.3% in facial skincare products.
