I can't believe that the so-called fruit and veg "expert" has suggested that all 5 raspberry canes can be tied together in one "wigwam" with a s foot cane.

I don't know much about raspberry canes E.M. apart from my Grandpa had rows of them and tended to them for hours a day (mainly to keep from being under Nana's feet ) Have to say there's no taste like a raspberry straight from the cane; I can't be doing with shop punnets: tasteless and full of fruit flies!

I as well don't know anything about the growing of raspberries, should there only be three to a wigwam ?

It all depends on the size of the pot you plant them in. The bigger the pot, the more canes you can have in your wigwam. In the ground they are grown in rows.
