I have just looked on the channel and seen some lovely items and thought they would make great gifts. However, after speaking to live help, they will not issue and neither can you buy authenticity cards for say..a ring if it is not a certain make. I asked, what do we give with the gift then, the invoice they said. That really does not help.

If not, then I wouldn't buy any jewellery from Bid.

Buy your friends lucky bags instead, as anything they find in there will be better quality and better value for money than any of the plated tat Bid offers.

Plus you get sweets!
