Why am I not surprised, it's just the kind of thing you can expect as they are trying to hang onto every penny before parting with it.
I think waiting 3 months and over is just not a good way to do business with anybody is it.

This is unfortunately smacking of Cowboy Company as this is just what a Cowboy would do.

Hi Valencia.....I wonder how long they'll keep stocking M Asam? I contacted them and asked if there were any other UK outlets because IW never seem to keep a product for very long - now I know why.
Sadly, they're the only UK stockists for M Asam.

The last thing a bought was a M.asam product and that was why I ordered it as IW are they the only stockists in the uk.It was good but I try not become reliant on things on shopping telly because they tend to disappear without trace.

I have never ordered from them as a direct result of the poor CS and delivery standards one reads about on here, my luck would be that I order something and then never receive either goods or refund! Nice to see you on here valencia.
