Still waiting on the Ijoy. I dont see what the point is in Ideal world having a estimated delivery date really as it has not arrived on that date the 11th it said, delivery is anyones guess. It would be good if they could give you a tracking number so you can track it on line. Apparently Parcelnet are now Hermes. Anyway trying to decide if to do my garden grass round the back yet or not as wondering if the parcel will come todayand dont know if they would put card through, Also want to go to town tomorrow but wonder if I should stop in in case my Ijoy arrives, yet you cant live your life round deliverys lol.

I think I am just going to get on with my life I can't keep waiting in in case they arrive with it. cant see the point of them giving you a date of delivery and then it dont come although it says estimated, but that could mean anything really. Had a piece of equipment come from Amazon ordered it only 2 days ago had email to say its shipped and it even came a day earlier then then they said! its the Gravity Force Trainer and its absolutely brilliant, hubby had a go last night. have a look on the internet if you get chance its like a little multigym.

Off to put the kettle on then think I will cut the grass, watch the Ijoy arrive whiel I am round the back.

I dont' quite understand the Gravity Force Trainer thing ... can you do any more exercises on it, or just the ones on the page? Looks interesting though! Unfortuantely I do not have space for anything like that (would LOVE a cable machine!!), grumble ...

Hope your iJoy arrives soon! I saw some in John Lewis at the weekend and thought of you.

noooooo don't go out the back, the courier will sling it over the fence and it could land on your head :11::11::11:

Seriously though, if it's heavier than 17KG, it won't be Hermes that delivers it (and yes they have rebranded Hermes from Parcelnet).

Hoping it comes soon for you - I'm dying to know how you get on with it :D

I've used the gravity force trainer before, it's a pretty nice machine

Cupcake it does not take up much room at all actually about the same as a strider. Its got 7 pillors of strength to it. what you do is you move the bar for your resistance, and then you ajust the handle bar for each exercise to suit you, its just 7 exercises that cover arms legs and abs. you are training against your own body weight so you can increase or decrease resisitance, it trakes 21 minutes. so you do say 20 reps and 2 sets thats what im starting on. I found the resitance for the ladies a bit light for me so I am on the mens weights lol. went on last night it was great you sit all the way through and its a case of pushing and pulling really. They are selling them on Amazon, now when this came out it was going on £400 so its come down in price.

maybe I should have got my Ijoy from John lewis instead of ideal world54:

lol they would have a job slinging that over the gate its rather heavy, Parcel net ( hermes have big vans as well as the car people to deliver so it will be them as dont think ideal world use any other courier. I aint gone yet but am going shortky to cut the grass.


I will let you know how I like it cant wait I am sooo impatient!
 
Just leave a note on the front door saying to go round the back, as you're cutting the grass because you were fed up waiting........simples :22:

Phew just come in and have cut the grass. Maybe tomorrow they will arive then, going out in afternoon so hope they dont come when I am out lol. Gosh that grass was a workout it took me 2 hours. Its all embankment and then had to clean windows plus window ledges cos the embankment wall is all muddy needs new wall. So had a good workout today, while I was out there camein to to put in chicken in oven and OMG it stunk so chucked it date for 14th may as well have rang them they say I can have refund next time i go in. Looks like its egg on toast tonight, so all in all a good fitness day what with garden and light dinner, no Ijoy but i got the gravity force trainer to have a go on later.

goodness Dazzler you'll be worn to a shadow afrer all that exercise :11: ..if you're at a loose end for an hour you can always come round here and cut our grass :54::54:, sure I saw a tiger prowling in there this morning!
