hope you'll still be posting on here Dazzler and not spending all you time mounting your ride ( or should that be riding your mount? lol). Made up for you!!

I was watching "come dine with me" the other night and someone was trying out the ijoy in the house they were visiting. she was hanging onto the front bit and she just looked like she was about to be catapulted across the room :18:

lol yes you did have to sit back a bit, the warm up mode is really fast, just think what the other settings will be like, its so funny to watch. Thanks Fairynuff I will still be on here, i got a headache coming on so am going to relax this afternoon and have a go on it tomorrow. just looking at the booklet thats come with it and dvd. What i like about it is just plug and go nothing to put together and it does not takeup much room either

Lotties right you dont hold on Fairynuff you have to balance by engaging your legs and tummy muscles then if you want it harder you use the dumbells as well 1 kilo each.

I'd use hubby's adjustable ones instead ... 1kg won't do much! Your handbag probably weighs more than that, LOL!

Hahaha! Isn't it just ... not! Don't wave them around too much you might bulk up, snigger!! Seriously though, I've never been able to get the muscle definition I want - okay I can't lift much (am trying to build strength up again - only managed to chest press 18kg the other day, which is not great :31: and my adjustable dumbells only go up to 20kg ...!) but even when I went to the gym, I could never get the look I wanted. I don't think I ate enough protein, grumble ...!
