Just heard on the local radio that there's severe congestion near Stoke City Football Ground - something's flapping from the floodlights and it's causing a severe down draught. Traffic is all over the place trying to catch a glimpse of what appears to be a Flying Saucer.....sorry I mean Flying Horser!!! :D

Still not here Lottie I am so peeved!!! Hubby keeps saying I will ring them I will ring them, but he is always at flipping work, they wont give me any info as hubby ordered it on his card and its his name on account. Its a waiting game. he is more laid back then me but I dont see why I should wait any longer, if its not here by Thursday I am going to write a letter!!!!

Thanks Grovesy but no such luck. :22:I dont think it will arrive this week. so its now it will be 20 days by Friday thats almost three weeks wonder ifit will rach before 2nd June second flexipay!

Is the Lanacaine as a result of the trusty steed or the police escort? I can't count the number of times I've told you that you should never trust a copper who asks you to hold his truncheon just for a minit!

I dont think I am going to get this Ijoy machine now am so upset because hubby says if its not here by Friday he is going to cancel the order. he has just rang Ideal World and has been put on hold for 15 minutes to then be told there is a technical fault so they cannot see the order, its all there on line. So had no joy with the call and now hubby said he will cancel it on friday if its not here, so now I wont be getting any fitness machine!!!! i was so looking forward to receiving it. We have received a statement and the first payment was taken on 2nd May and the next one will be taken on 3rd June and no goods.Built up my hopes up for this only to be let down.

Why is the fault always "technical" or "computer error" and never "human"? when in reality the error is always human.

IW will lose customers hand over fist if they carry on as they are.
I cancelled my account over the Travel Steps lark.

I have been after this Ijoy for ages and was so thrilled when hubby said he would buy it for us both, and now I cant see it coming for friday, I dont think he should cancel the order after waiting all this time, I mean it will take forever to get the refund in any case. The guy told hubby to ring back but hubby says he aint got time to chase them, so I lose out now!!!

In any case the guy on the phone is only going to quote the same information that we already have when we go online and look at the account, all he needs to say is when the goods are actually coming instead of keep quoting the order no name address etc etc we know our own details.

I hate being let down, will have to just settle with the treadmill and all this gym equipment in my living room looking like a bombs hit it.

I know it wont arrive for Friday and the guy could not give my hubby a tracking number either as the system is down. It took ages just to get through to a customer service rep and then no joy, thats the thing companys will lose customers but we are just one customer so dont suppose they are that bothered

No Mommabear cos he said he dont have no more time now, he rang ideal World and they kept him on the phone ages, and then i said well i could ring the manufactor but then hubby said its running up the phone bill. well cheesed off about it big time just got a coffee to calm down.
