If you return something under the 30 day guarantee, do you get a refund of the P&P?

I don't mean the postage for sending it back, but the P&P originally paid for the order. Is this supposed to be refunded as well?

Because the item was actually posted out to you (so QVC were charged the postage by their carrier)
