Argey sheepishly enters. Sarah having kindly and privately responded to my whinging, they have now found a ring for me in my size and at a slightly reduced price and lo my order/basket is rapidly growing again. Such a weak person, all whinge and no will-power. I did so love the ring though. Anyone interested in what all the fuss was about, they are showing it on the opening page, the first of three banners under "Naturally Yours". Not everyone's cuppa I'm sure, but I love it. I've checked out today, so will let you know about me goodies when they arrive, I'm looking forward to posting something nice and upbeat after so long.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Argey, I so hope the ring lives up to expectations when it arrives. Just as I said earlier, it wouldn't take much to turn Gems around and little touches like that make all the difference. With a little giggle retraining of the presenters - calmness and honesty a prerequisite - and improved CS, we could soon be back to the Gems of old and I, for one, would be really happy.
