Went on QVC America to look for these but could only find the 'new improved' New Generation instyler which gets a real slating in its reviews and loads of returns - they want the old one back. Interestingly one comment is about receiving their's with broken parts and blond hairs in so that answers the question about whether they send returns out there! 238 reviews and 2 and a bit stars.
