I know it's been said many, many times before, AND, it's my own stupid fault for buying from QVC in the first place....But! I just bought three lots of Inkadinks in the craft last clicks, (six tiny bottles of ink), and the only difference was the choice of colours, Sunset, Bright, Vintage. I went for all three sets. Total cost of items £24.00, total cost of P&P £9.75!!! AND, they will all come in one package. Now that's what I call daylight robbery!!!! But, while ever we're silly enough to pay it, QVC are going to keep hiking up their P&P.

Rant over xx

Yes, P&P drives me mad. Ideal World have a better system. You don't have to order the same item number, exact size, colour etc. to get discount on P&P. Can't understand why QVC don't do the same. The presenters seem to conveniently forget the P&P when they are telling us how much it works out per item. Why can't they just include the P&P in the price. It would make much more sense because we as customers can then see the price we are paying for something. It's all mind games I suppose.

seriously: ring CS and ask why they were not send as three spearate packages, as you have paid for separate packages. It is you P & P and your 3 envelopes and well as 3 different wrappings, and if you pay for it and they send it in the same package they should refund as they have broken their own rules by insisting on charging P&P for each item

They won't come in one package as they are classed as 'different'. They would only come in one package if exactly the same. Their argument is that they are not picked from exactly the same place in the warehouse.

I don't agree with their policy but this is how they do it. It annoys me too, the fact that their prices are generally good is what gets me to buy - I always count the p&p when I look at prices though. They are the only company that does this and to be honest if we got excellent delivery I wouldn't mind as much. I occasionally order from Additions catalogue and pay £3.95 PER ORDER and each and every time the parcel arrives the next day even when I've ordered at 6p.m. - I don't mind paying for that excellent service!
