If you are alone then may you never feel lonely.
If you have struggled with health, wealth or relationships, then may you know festive peace.
If the hype seems too much then may you have the ability to shut your door and leave it behind.
If the TV versions of a family Christmas is far removed from your reality, then may you find patience, love and the ability to carve the turkey without being tempted to use the knife elsewhere.
Christmas can be just one day to grit your teeth and get it over with or it can be several days to eat, drink and be merry so may whichever option be of your own choosing and never thrust upon you.
We may be virtual and this forum just words on a screen but may any of you who need laughter, friendship, support or simply a break from boredom, Aunty Ada, a snoring hubby, noisy kids or too much gin, find whatever you need from us, the forumites, the talkers, the listeners, the lurkers and the comedians.
