Have you completed the on-line survey?

I've only just noticed there is an on-line survey at the bottom left hand corner of the home page. I've just filled mine in and I was very honest. I used to be a regular purchaser until I saw the diamond ring I bought sell for a couple of hundred pound less than I paid not a fortnight earlier (1 of 5 that had all sold the first time it aired), I have been very upset with them since.
I hope they are trying to put things right by doing this survey...I'm still not buying from them till I get over my sulk.

I'm doing no more surveys for them - I had a nice ring to check out last week and the voucher for the last survey didn't work when I went to pay, then I lost the ring before I had a chance to phone them. I was livid!
