HALO last tsv

When was the Halo a former tsv? I know there was a mobile charger recently, the Powerbank Juicee, any feedback on this one? Reviews of the Halo seem pretty damning, one is not inspired to go for it.

Have compared to others on amazon. The price and the 2800mAh is low compared to prices out there in the market. Reviews are very mixed too. I see its already available on Q.

I get the feeling from the reviews that people were using it as an ordinary charger rather than as an emergency one - one was trying to charge a netbook and was disappointed that it only charged it to 80% !!!!! I would have thought that was a bit of a miracle!
