This is so well expressed, it's exactly what went through my mind when I watched this morning. I was also impressed with the way he regained his composure and spoke calmly and professionally despite being so obviously moved. The responses of his colleagues spoke volumes about how he must be respected and liked behind the scenes :star:

I agree, I only got round to watching this last night as had recorded it - it was just a lovely send off - no fakery or insincerity from anyone, just a humble chap who was quite clearly really choked up with all the goodwill from folk. I admit it got to me a bit and I had a lump in my throat. QVC really has lost a good 'un there. :blush:
