My Go Clever tablet that I bought before xmas has developed a fault and now won't charge. I phoned the CS who agreed I could send it back at their expense, fair enough BUT the call cost me £1.50 and the agent tried to engage me in idle chit chat ie 'how are you today?' Grrrrrrr. 1st time I've had to deal with IW C. S but I hope it's my last. To cap it all I won't be able to take my tablet on holiday with me as there's no way it's going to be back in time.
