I still like it, despite the mineral oil. I only use it once a day (every night before bed) and I never suffer from dry lips anymore. Like all things, if it works for you stick with it.

Update - it took 3 emails in the end to ellicit any sort of reply from QVC. They actually wrote via snail mail in the end, but simply to tell me that there's nothing they can do because it's past the 30 day MBG. Yeah, thanks. Outstanding customer service in action. **** you too! I still don't know if it's safe to use what I've got here. If they have really added this ingredient why can't they just tell us FFS? This isn't government secrets we're dealing with.

Does anyone know if it's possible to get in touch with the rep directly?

I would write to Gale Hayman and see what they say. There must be company in the UK which distributes the brand.
