Flexi - Bar

Has anyone used the Flexi - Bar and how long was it before you saw a difference.

I bought Mr Mad a wobble stick, and it's sitting with all the other gym equipment, so if you're anything like him, as Mommabear has said, it'll be years before you see results :rofl:
