I would say that she still has the fringe, but it is pulled back for the demo she must be doing with the product.
I didn’t particularly like Fiona, but she knew her stuff, could explain it well and provide tips. Much better than Keeley from Elemis in that regard.

Keely used to have a lisp so it seemed like an occupational hazard with the two of them struggling to rush their words out properly without spitting. Keely had a lot of dental work done (it was so obvious) which took away most of the lisp.

You can dislike someone but not really appropriate to comment on someone having a lisp.

I happen to think a lisp is cute, shame nobody can comment on anything, saying you can't comment on it is like saying it's something bad, when it's just one of those quirks, we all have them.

I liked Fiona. She taught me so much about skincare on QVC and I spent a LOT of money on Decleor. Now here I am in my early sixties and people tell me I look 10 years younger so I've a lot to thank her for (as well as good genes of course). I never noticed she had a lisp to be honest, nor Keeley.
