Thank you. I’ve been looking around all week - Simba/ Tempur etc. Just need it to go live online for pricing. Last mattress was £1.5k and I hate it but have had for 10 years

I like my Emma mattress. Thankfully I don’t suffer from any back issues so I didn’t buy it for any reason other than that my ordinary one was 10 years old and I got the Emma one on a deal. I had read reviews for it as I always do before purchasing anything. The only thing that’s a bit of a workout every couple of months is swinging the mattress round. Not easy when doing it single-handed.

Just to say, you will be better going and testing the mattress before buying.
On the Money Saving site Consumer forum, always quite a few complaints about Emma. Their guaranteed sleep or return seems to be the main problem.

Thank you for the feedback. I know that feeling of moving a heavy mattress - my current one is solid latex and I have crud hands.I like my Emma mattress. I CBA to head to John Lewis to lie on mattresses because it’s so different when you get them home so I need to try properly.
I’ve just been away to an Airbnb and the bed was like lying on a board and has triggered back problems again. Sleep is never my friend so I really need to have something that is comfortable - trial and error
One of the reasons for buying from QVC is the additional 60 day returns policy. I rely on that a lot

Emma offer their own 90-day sleep or return.
I was worried about the complaints re Emma’s return policy. To be fair to QVC I’ve never had an issue returning an item (one “too many returns” letter in 20 years, which I just ignored
