Didn’t they do something similar a couple of years ago ? That was Elemis too if I remember correctly, they kept flogging it for weeks after it was a TSV. They don’t seem to have a good grasp of planning and predicting future demand. Ditto with the Dyson h/d. Our Debenhams has a great display of Elemis boxed sets - these ‘presteejus ‘ brands are easily available on the DHS nowadays and QVC might be the losers.
