saw this as I could not believe the presentation. Not at all sure what I think of this.
A) where would I put it?
B) the idea of having my clothes above/below a heater is just disconcerting
c) and how much of my washing load could I actually get in there?

item No 800056

think I would give that a miss

Really wouldn't buy the qvc airer featured for reasons you outlined, especially where heaters are. I did a lot of looking and searching before I bought my electric airer. I bought the larger one of the 2 shown. I got it online from Lakeland. Fantastic customer services and delivery arrangements. It can be used with just half racks erected. It slides flat along the wall of a cupboard. Reviews are good too and there are loads of them. Just cover with sheet to make more efficient (I made a cover for mine from an old duvet cover) 2 of my friends bought one when they saw mine in action. Think there's a video showing how to use.

PS It's the 3 tier airer I'm referring to on that page, not the balloon shaped one.

can you put a whole load of washing on/in it?
I am wondering how the moist air disperses when you have a plastic cover on it as in the one on QVC? Hot air rises, so the moisture laden air must sink I assume so would there not be a lot of moisture on the bottom of the plastic sheet?

Put it in the garden for a laugh. The neighbours would think a space ship had landed.
