Just a niggly little rant, really. It annoys me that every time I buy things on 'Easy Pay' there's always an extra 1p taken from my credit card each month. For instance - If my three easy payments should be, say, £7.98 per month, I would be charged £7.99. Never anything deducted. I know it's only 3p per item over three months. But look how much they will be making if they do that with everyone. :cash:

i think you have the wrong channel as i think your on about ideal world?? because QVC usually adjust there prices to make it equal to what it should be
No, SCW, I'm not wrong. On my QVC invoice, it does, as you say show the exact amounts. The first payment to include P&P then what the second two payments should be. But, ALWAYS, on my credit card statement they take an extra 1p. This has been going on for years. I have just received this months statement which didn't balance with my records, and, as usual, it was the little extras on the easy pays.

that is mighty wierd because i always do easy pay and it tallys perfectly every time and they never take any extra, just looked at my statments and its perfectly fine no extra has been taken and i`ve got lots on easy pay

I have always got the correct amount, even when given a voucher for easy pay.
Might work out at two payments at 98p and one at 97p Which are strange amounts but nothing extra taken.

Hi. I've been a member for a while but never posted. Recently received a letter from QVC saying that they had overcharged on the postage on the ultasun tsv and were refunding 50p. To be honest, I hadn't noticed.
That happened to me too. I wondered why I'd had a 50p refund in the bank and then the letter turned up about 2 weeks after! Good for them for sorting it out though but it must've cost a small fortune in letters.
No I have had the same thing as well from QVC

I've had the opposite happen to me on a few occasions - 1p deducted from my agreed easi-pay monthly amounts! Weird!
