I agree, they really are not as transparent as they lead us to believe. When Visage first launched I messaged the Studio and asked if the products were cruelty free. The message did not make it to air, but lot’s of ‘Kati, you’ve changed my life’ messages did. I emailed Customer Services and they did respond, confirming that the products, were indeed, cruelty free. I couldn’t understand why Kati wouldn’t want to answer this on air? I thought, on receipt of the products that they were ‘ok’ but not the ‘Tom Ford’ quality that Shameless Ellis was going on about. I guess, you get what you pay for, but the hard sell on these products is incredible.
