Sorry Dunmow, it's just that I could build a house with Decleor bags lol. I'm glad you like yours.

I've only got three, A cute mini, a medium sized and now a large so still a novelty for me. I love the products but only been using just over a year.

Received my TSV today. The box was in a poor state not particularly strong in the first place. Packaging definitely could be improved. This is curious however, as I also purchase Decleor direct from Decleor and the packaging is superb, I would even call it OTT.

However all my products are fine and I just wanted to comment on how lovely the little case is. Just going up to add some of my Decleor stash to it.

Just recieved mine in a squashed box, but everything seems ok. Really could do with a stronger box to be delivered in.

Got mine today, and the box is very battered, and generally I though the packaging was very poor - certainly not befitting the luxury priced items contained within.

So many of Q's boxes are awful just now.....seen loads of Charlie Bears on FB delivered in very bash, very open boxes, we received a Decleor set today (not the TSV) and the box was not great and soaking, thankfully the contents were fine. also seen on FB a lot of decorations been delivered broken so clearly packaging not good enough!

Which makes the extortionate amount of postage and packing so infuriating. How dare they charge the sort of money they are charging and then send things out poorly packaged so that the goods either are damaged or are at risk of damage!?!

Good point my beautifully packaged parcel direct from Decleor cost me zero pence delivery and the item i purchased was only £12.00 with four free samples. The tatty squashed parcel of Decleor from QVC containing £66.96 of contents cost me £5.95 to be delivered. My Hermes man is Gorgeous mind!

I agree, the quality of packaging has definitely deteriorated - and for the charge of £5.95 containing goods worth in excess of £150 - it's not good enough!
Luckily my Decleor TSV arrived undamaged, thanks to my lovely Hermes lady - but my Decleor looked like it had just been chucked into the box.... didn't feel like I was opening a luxury treat :-(

Any thoughts on the micellar oil? I have been using it since my TSV arrived, and I really like it. Skin feels lovely; smooth, soft, no tightness. I like to wash my face in the shower, so this stuff is great, massage it into dry skin, and then rinse it off. I see Vichy make a much cheaper one - pureté thermale, which is only £10.31 at Boots.
