Not only does the woman represent the company "Pavers" on Ideal World but she can be found on nearly every page of their catalogue too not to mention their website.

What on earth makes her think that we want to peer back at her while she peers from under that overgrown fringe?

Her fringe annoys the pants off me...but then so do her eyes.
It's a hard choice...should she grow the fringe to hide the eyes completely or cut the annoying fringe so we get more scary staring?

Yes, I agree..she does have a scary stare...but I guess she can't she can't help what she looks like...BUT, I find her manner totally agressive, and when she talks about her company being one big family, the sort of family that springs to my mind is not one you'd want to cross!
