Seems like every other product they flog these days is "iconic" perhaps their interpretation of the word runs along these lines; something of dubious quality that is vastly overpriced and over hyped presented as being highly desired by a select group of discerning individuals. :mysmilie_17: how guillible do they think we are? I don't dislike buying from Q but I do dislike them seeming to take the customers for granted (ie; P&P prices, delivery times etc). I cant help despairing at the very apparent poor quality of some of the items I have returned recently which Q would never have been sold a few years ago. Such a shame.

I find shops/brands often change and not for the better then the odd one can reinvent themselves. Do any of us think Q will ever do this or are their glory days long gone never to return?

The more shopping channels there are, the more they've had their day. The novelty's worn off and they can't kid anyone any more that they offer anything different. There seems to be a hint of desparation these days.

But not desperate enough to look into the reasons and do something about. Will just be another brand who will whinge when they go belly up - it will be everyone and everything else to blame not the fact that they got too greedy and dropped the ball regarding customer service in the rush for the fast buck.
