I like Dale but I can't believe that he used the armed robbery at Graff on Bond Street as another good reason to buy jewellery from QVC! Not that I buy any Bond Street jewellery but armed robberies are not top of my list of reasons for avoiding the shops! (Daylight robbery, maybe.)

Many companies have been had up on Watchdog for using the fear factor unnecessarily for selling purposes and frightening customers into buying.

Would you describe that little outfit as on-trend, and do you feel dressed up or dressed down? How is your armed escort dressed - are his shoes red, have his jeans ending 2 inches above his ankles and wear a Kevlar cardigan ?
