Customer services - email address?

Hi, could any forumites advise the email address for QVC customer services please? I don't want to use one of the forms on their website as I want to send an attachment and CC it to myself.

Apart from the online contact form the only other email address I can find is for the CEO in the event of an unresolved complaint. It's [email protected] (though I was wondering if it should read qvcuk.com).
