Is this the latest version of a sharkbite hem? If so, it must be a great white doing the biting. The ruffled hem monstrosity from Nina Leonard also had this exaggerated sweep & I'm waiting to see if any 'designer' pairs it with the cold shoulder as we were told that would still be with us throughout 2019.

Because all this would take an extra 10 minutes and an extra half a meter of material to produce. Since it is probably made in some Far East sweat shop I’d say that would cost an extra 50p but in UK/US probably a fiver.
