I just did the same PPC...and hated it.
they don't answer to emails and they don't get back to you either.

usually if meant to be 12.00 daytime, would say 12.noon, or 12 pm.

There is a night shift in CS and it's generally a lot easier to get hold of someone late at night and if you are lucky enough to get B**** then you will get serviced excellently. I guess all sections can be hit by shortage of staff at some point so maybe that was the reason CS was giving the closed message?? :WHO KNOWS: PC:
