Hi! Well my first crafty project EVAH is going well!! I am designing a calendar for Mum for Xmas with photos of her dog, favourite things etc. Online offered an easy option but poo in terms of options and choice. So I have so far half designed January hehe in 8 hours!! I do need the advice of you lovely people however, when it comes to paper.
The local camera shop who are friends of mine, have offered to try whatever paper I want for test runs until we find something that will:
a) make photos look nice, b) can be written on, on the dates c) will be nice and substantial and d) will bind when there is 13 sheets, oh and e) the printer will be happy with, apparently some paper hates ink???
I took my cat calendar into the local craft shop, she informed me it was 140gsm, glossy but she didnt sell it!
So all I have to go on is that!!!
Haylp!!!
