Just wondered if anyone has needed to obtain a copy invoice from TJC. Despite searching high and low I can not find the invoice for a ring I bought a couple of years ago. TJC CS say they can not let me have a copy invoice for this item and that I should look on my account details. Has anyone any advice/had a similar experience?
