Just to say that Perry of course was carefully cremated and his ashes spread, along with Copper's, in the pet part of a secluded memorial garden. Both their spirits remain forever in my heart.

I know we’ve all got different tastes and I don’t wish to upset anyone but I would be interested to know whether anybody agrees with me on this. Ben De Lisi’s Ella the French bulldog looks like a badly drawn angry teddy bear. As much as I like the sentiment behind it - honouring a much loved long lost pet I don’t think he’s done Ella or the breed in general any favours!
Apologies again but it’s a badly executed design and for me it’s more scary looking than cute!

Though I too acknowledge the sentiment I wouldn't buy anything with the image on it. I like Ben though and some of his stuff is nice.

I just had a quick look at him. How old is he? 75? Well preserved, though. Looks like he could do enrolling in my local Age UK Men in Sheds project. But if he turned up in those floral action slacks I saw him in, to a hacksaw tuition meeting in Sneinton, I don’t think he fit in too well.
