Conflict of interests.

Two brands which are featured on the Q are Bose, in it's own right, and Beats, by virtue of Danny and HP, which uses it on the laptops. Bose has filed a lawsuit against Beats, claiming it has infringed 5 of it's patents, regarding noise cancelling technology. Between Bose and Beats on QVC, obviously, Bose is the bigger player; but Bose and HP?

Probably why Bose is filing now, they hope to get some money out of Apple.
