I have asked them again why the order I made was not flexi pay (as they advertised all last weekend) which is what started the issue as the products were advertised as flexi pay but my card was charged with the full amount, but they have yet to respond, it is really so bad and like other posts I can't understand why they don't do something about it, they are obviously making enough money with the crap service they have to not worry about reviews, but it will catch up with them.
IW did exactly the same to me last week. I posted that the Peterborough staff were very helpful. Well, they appeared to be, but over a week later Shelley has failed make the promised return phone call despite 2 reminders.
They need to remember what happens to companies when customers stop trusting them (Woolworths & Comet spring to mind)
