As one of the original founders of Gems TV, Steve strongly believes that by bringing Gems TV into the Coloured Rocks family of jewellery businesses, that the group will enjoy better economies of scale and after a short period of time to integrate systems, warehouses and call centres, will lead to even higher levels of service.

Not necessarily I'm afraid. Sorry to be a damp squib, but I thought some of the prices were a bit iffy and am absolutely certain now that one of the enamelled silver eggs that usually sells for £10, just went at £14. They are a mixed bag of prices for these eggs but the red one was definitely one of those at £10 (see clearance, if any left). I don't think this is deliberate on Steve's part, but a combination of Steve not being familiar with the Gems prices and customers blindly rushing in.

Also, much as I love to see his cheeky chappie face, I wish he'd stop the high street gold price comparison he's so fond of. It's not a proper way to price compare, as we are not buying lumps of gold - it's far more complicated than that (as he must well know).

Technical issues already too, this is the one and only reason I gave up on Rocks. I cannot access my basket. This is really disappointing as Gems techno was always so stable.

However, despite this, I'm looking forward to see what they have for us next week. xxxxxxxxx

Very true, i only saw a few games and they were all very low prices!
I gave up on rocks as well, they delivered the same order to the wrong address twice lol
I'm also not a fan of the high street gold price comparison, especially as most of us don't buy at the high street (well not the shops that rocks use as comparison).
